Replacement Policy

In case of receipt of damaged or defective item, please report the same to Vision Quartz Clocks Customer Service team by sending an email to shop.visionquartz@gmail.com

The request will, however, be entertained once Vision Quartz Clocks has checked and determined the same at its own end. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours.

This should be reported within 7 days of the invoice date (Please note that physically damaged goods should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the Product and the 7 day period is not applicable in such cases).

In case of any product defect coming up within 7 days of invoice date then the Product may be replaced basis the nature of the problem, however if the defect is minor then the Product will be sent for repair.

Any product defect notified after 7 days of invoice will not be eligible for a replacement.

A Product will not be replaced if the customer is not happy with the look of a defect free Product, a physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the Product,

In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The website support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

In case of replacement, whole product package with the product, its accessories and invoice intact will be picked up by the courier boy arranged by us.
Cancellation Policy
We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:

Cancellations request will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the customers and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
